Momentum Yoga School
is a Registered Yoga School (RYS) with the Yoga Alliance.

You’ll find Vinyasa flow, Power, Hatha, Restorative yoga, and more, on our schedule. You’ll also find Myofascial Release, Yoga Sculpt, and Pilates clinics! Some classes will give you a workout to enhance your training. Others will provide you with recovery tools so that you can avoid injury and keep climbing (or skiing or running, etc) for years to come.

Momentum SODO Yoga classes are subject to change based on season, and may not be offered at times. Regular yoga classes are free to Momentum Members and day pass holders.

Our yoga schedules in each gym have a variety of yoga styles and teachers with the intention of providing strength, stability, mobility, and recovery for all of your activities. Our teachers all have at least the minimum 200 hour certification, but most of our teachers have other trainings, certifications and skills that are beneficial to their classes.
